BECIL has notified 23 vacancies for the post of Data Entry Operator. The number of posts is tentative and may increase or decrease depending on the requirement of the Client/Principal Employer. The notice gives no category-wise breakup.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet all of the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass from a recognised board or institution.
- Well conversant with computer packages, namely Windows, Word and Excel. This means a DOEACC (or equivalent) course from a Government or recognised private institute.
- Good working knowledge of computers, the internet and e-mail.
- Typing speed of more than 35 words per minute in English on a computer.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 40 years
The age limit is counted as on the publishing date of the advertisement, which is 02 November 2026. The notice does not mention any age relaxation. Only Indian nationals can apply.
Salary
Selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 26,208 per month. The engagement is on contract, and no TA/DA is admissible for tests, document verification, interviews or joining.
Selection Process
The selection will follow these steps:
